TRIATHLON - HOW TO USE OUR PRODUCTS

Sprint or Olympic or International

30 to 45 minutes before start of the Race take:

  • 5 capsules of V02 Max Endurance
  • 5 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
  • 2 scoops of CARBO-PRO in 16 oz. of water
  • drink at least 16 oz. of water per hour

After the race take:

  • 4 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
